Caller Guide
The short version: you call local businesses that have great Google reviews but no website. We've already built each one a free sample site. Your job is to get the owner to look at it and book a short follow-up call β you don't close or quote prices. You book the interest; the team takes it from there.
How this dashboard works
- Left = your call list. Click a lead to open it.
- Open lead = your call card: phone number, owner's name (if we have it), reviews/rating, the business's Google info, and the demo site link (blue button β your hook, send after they say yes).
- Log every call at the bottom: pick an outcome, add a note, hit Save.
- Filter the list by outcome using the dropdown top-left.
What you're doing (and not doing)

Reach the owner / decision-maker, get permission to send the demo link, and book a short follow-up (or mark them Interested).

The call
Opener
"Hi, is that [owner name / the owner]? My name's Kate, I work with Launch My Site β we build websites for local trades. I'll be quick: I came across [business] on Google, you've got brilliant reviews β [4.8 stars, 87 reviews] β but no website. So we actually built you a free sample site to show you. Can I send you the link to have a look? β¦ Perfect β text or WhatsApp to this number?"
Qualify (lightly)
"Right now, is most of your work coming from referrals and repeat customers, or are you actively trying to bring in new jobs?"
Hook β book
"Have a look when you get a sec β it's made specifically for [business], your reviews, your services. I'd love to book you a quick 10-minute call with the team to walk you through it. Would tomorrow morning work?"
Then mark them Interested (or Callback with the time) and add a note. The team takes the follow-up.
Objections

If they push on price
You don't quote β keep it with the team:
"Honestly it depends what you want on the site, so the team will go through exact pricing with you once you've seen the demo β it's very reasonable for a small business. Let me get that quick call booked in."
