Sales Dashboard

Your call list β€” pick a lead, dial, log the result.

Call opener

β€œHi, is that the owner? My name's ___, I build websites for local businesses. I noticed [business] has brilliant reviews but no website, so I actually built you a free sample one to show you. Can I send you the link to look at? … Great β€” what's the best way, text or WhatsApp?”

If interested

Take their interest, mark Interested, add a note, and the boss follows up to close. Your job is to get them to look at the demo and say yes to a callback.

Select a lead from the list to start.

Caller Guide

Caller Guide

The short version: you call local businesses that have great Google reviews but no website. We've already built each one a free sample site. Your job is to get the owner to look at it and book a short follow-up call β€” you don't close or quote prices. You book the interest; the team takes it from there.

How this dashboard works

  • Left = your call list. Click a lead to open it.
  • Open lead = your call card: phone number, owner's name (if we have it), reviews/rating, the business's Google info, and the demo site link (blue button β€” your hook, send after they say yes).
  • Log every call at the bottom: pick an outcome, add a note, hit Save.
  • Filter the list by outcome using the dropdown top-left.

What you're doing (and not doing)

βœ… Reach the owner / decision-maker, get permission to send the demo link, and book a short follow-up (or mark them Interested).
🚫 Not closing the sale. 🚫 Not quoting prices β€” if they ask, see below. 🚫 No pressure β€” professional, not pushy.

The call

Opener

"Hi, is that [owner name / the owner]? My name's Kate, I work with Launch My Site β€” we build websites for local trades. I'll be quick: I came across [business] on Google, you've got brilliant reviews β€” [4.8 stars, 87 reviews] β€” but no website. So we actually built you a free sample site to show you. Can I send you the link to have a look? … Perfect β€” text or WhatsApp to this number?"

Qualify (lightly)

"Right now, is most of your work coming from referrals and repeat customers, or are you actively trying to bring in new jobs?"

Hook β†’ book

"Have a look when you get a sec β€” it's made specifically for [business], your reviews, your services. I'd love to book you a quick 10-minute call with the team to walk you through it. Would tomorrow morning work?"

Then mark them Interested (or Callback with the time) and add a note. The team takes the follow-up.

Objections

They sayYou say
"Not interested, we don't need a website.""Totally understand β€” are you already getting all the work you want, or is it mostly referrals? The sample's already built, costs nothing to look. Can I send it?"
"How much is it?""Good question β€” it depends what you need, so the team goes through exact options with you on the follow-up. My job's just to get you the demo to look at and book that quick call in. Shall I do that?"
"Just email me.""I'll text you the demo link now so you can actually see it β€” better than an email. Then a quick call to talk it through?"
"I'm busy / on a job.""No problem, I won't keep you β€” I'll text the link now. When's better for a quick call, later today or tomorrow?"
"Who are you again?""Kate, from Launch My Site β€” we build sites for trades like yours. I've literally already built you a sample, that's why I'm calling."

If they push on price

You don't quote β€” keep it with the team:

"Honestly it depends what you want on the site, so the team will go through exact pricing with you once you've seen the demo β€” it's very reasonable for a small business. Let me get that quick call booked in."
